Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. If a figure is wrong, a specification has changed, a product has been discontinued or a link is broken, please say so and we will fix it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your own hearing, recommend a device for a specific person, interpret an audiogram, or tell you whether over the counter hearing aids are appropriate for you. Those are questions for a licensed audiologist or physician, and answering them from an inbox would be worse than not answering them at all.

If hearing loss came on suddenly, affects one ear only, or comes with ear pain, drainage, dizziness, or ringing alongside weakness or numbness, please contact a doctor promptly rather than us. Sudden hearing loss in particular is treated as urgent.
